Matti Knaan<\/strong>,\u00a0Matti is leading our Organizational Effectiveness practice. She is a senior Management Consultant and an Industrial Engineer. Matti began her professional career as an IT project manager in Government\u2019s office and in a large Telecommunications company. She then served for some years in Seker-Deloitte consulting firm and accumulated a reach experience in providing guidance and support to corporate change practices as well as defining and improving corporate processes.<\/p><\/div>

Elinor Arbel<\/strong>,\u00a0Elinor is our leading expert in global team development and global leadership. With experience in helping organizations and people realize their goals and achieve a harmonizing environment across cultures and borders, Elinor approaches organizations holistically and inquisitively, promoting open communication among members and fostering self-awareness and effective collaboration. Elinor\u2019s background as a business journalist and editor, in both Israeli and global financial markets, allows her to better understand businesses, and how they work.
