The traditional \u201ccommand and control\u201d managerial style is no longer appropriate.<\/p><p>We are witnessing today a different type of leaders. We call them the \u201cNew Leaders\u201d (read more about the \u201cNew Leaders\u201d qualities ant what makes them so different)<\/p><p>These \u201cNew Leaders\u201d aren\u2019t a virtual image of our imagination \u2013 we actually meet them in our ongoing work with organizations from various sectors. The only problem is that they are scarce, and in high demand.<\/p><p>Personal Maturity \u2013 is the ability to put aside the ego and conduct oneself according to a clear set of values.<\/p><p>Emotional Intelligence \u2013 A high awareness of self and others and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships<\/p><p>Curiosity \u2013 a passion to learn, experience and change<\/p><p>Authenticity \u2013 The ability to be at ease with oneself and to consistently radiate the \u201ctrue me\u201d in a reality of multiple roles (formal and non-formal)<\/p><p>Focus and
